Re: Can Adrenal Fatigue cause Candida infection?

Using the word 'cause' always throws me, because its hard to know what causes what and frankly in my opinion doesn't matter. Candida and AF seem to occur together quite a bit, and each likely makes one more vulnerable to the other.

I don't know why your digestions seems to have gotten worse despite AF getting better, this is interesting. Candida is certainly a possibility, general dysbosis, as is some kind of detox going on (heavy metals?). However, it wasn't until I moderately recovered from AF that I realized how bad my digestion was, because as everything else improved my digestion didn't which allowed it to draw my attention.

I would think a good digestive enzyme (I am using super enzymes from NOW and I like it, but there are many options) and a strong probiotic would be safe starting points. I am doing water kefir, but there are lots of probiotic options, although many believe the capsules are useless.
