Re: Colostrum for candida and parasites?

Colostrum is great with yeast infections, when you think about it - colostrum is nature’s first food for the immune system, it provides a significant variety of antibodies, transfer factors and many different amino acids. Colostrum can significantly enhance the health and vitality of a person's immune and digestive system. A good quality colostrum (like we have here in New Zealand) can contain easily as much as a 20% concentration of IgG-type immunoglobulin, which is significant for people suffering from irritable bowel syndrome as well as inflammatory bowel syndrome, yeast infections, SIBO, etc.

Colostrum can also significantly boost sIgA, the mucosal's primary antibody and something I see which is very compromised in most cases of yeast infection. Low sIgA is one of the commonest features of leaky gut. Colostrum is one of the few things that can boost it significantly. So yes, it IS good with candida. Immune problems with colostrum? Not likely if you get a good quality product, in fact, colostrum helps to REDUCE food allergies by repairing LGS.

Take away from food, twice daily. The powder is good, can take with probiotics too.
