Colostrum is very good for candida, less for parasites in my experience. If you can get some for a decent price (like the powder jar from Symbiotics), take it. You need at least 6 grams a day to see good results, less might be a waste of money regarding its high price value.
Don't forget that supplements can help, but nothing works well if the diet is not very much improved.
Making homemade goat milk kefir for example, and drinking up to a quart a day, will help you much more than colostrum at a cheaper cost.
