Re: Colostrum for candida and parasites?

I've always used Symbiotics Colostrum powder, as it seems it is a good product at an affordable price.

Personally I found glutamine counterproductive, because of its relation to ammonia. I replaced it with OKG (Ornithine alpha-Ketoglutarate), which is a glutamine precursor and actually an ammonia scavenger.

I used to make a shake, taken twice daily, very similar to what you recommend made of:

- 1 cup homemade goat milk kefir
- 3 grams colostrum
- 3 grams inulin
- 5 grams OKG

Sometimes I would add 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds or one raw egg yolk for added benefits.
