I guess SF722 is particularly effective on my strain of Candida Fungus. In the eight days Ive used SF722 for me I would say its far supurior to Caprylic Acid or GSE.
With Caprylic Acid, I really felt nothing good or bad, but continue taking it since everyone recommends its benefits.

Additionally I took your advice looking at your other posts, I take betaine HCL pills along with the SF722, and digest alot of Olive Oil. So that may be aiding the progess.

I agree that just one product is not a good idea, I will take SF722, GSE, Caprylic Acid to cover all strains of this.


Dr. Erik I continue to use GSE, and have been for over two months. 5-10 drops 3X Times a day. Ive seen posts saying you should take Grapefruit-Seed-Extract for more than 2-3 weeks because in comparision to other Anti Fungals, it really wipes out your Gut Flora? I should I Stop the GSE?
