I just started drinking lots of kefir (1-2 glasses a day, home made. sometimes more). Once in a while some plain commercial.
I'm having horrible die off. Like first week of fighting candida with antifungals die off.
I also had a bad intolerance to the lactose I think. But that seems to have subsided after a few days of drinking it I think the friendly bacteria are starting to populate my gut again so i'm able to tolerate any lactose left in the kefir. Any input would be great. I think i'm doing this right but I just want to make sure.
I also added kombucha which I started to make myself today from some I bought at the health food store. It tastes pretty good. I'm going to replace my coffee with this after I can get enough made every week. This also causes some die off.
