Candida is there because of the infestation of parasites to begin with, therefore you need to address both.

For starters, if you are going to take Grapefruit seed extract, you also need to be on a strict Candida diet so that you do not continue to feed it as it releases over 100 toxins a day into your body.

Secondly you need to be taking a good Probiotic gut flora to reduce the space it grows on the lining of you gut.

Also, you need to remove the underlying metals and Mercury otherwise you will never get it under control.
