What I mean, is that before the high turmeric dosage, I was eating pastas or pizza with little reaction. After one week of high doses of turmeric (that produced horrible die off at first, and then subsided) and low carb intake, I ate pastas for a meal. The reaction was just terrible.
That is why I think the turmeric got rid of beneficial bacteria (and fungus too of course). It killed gut flora, allowing the fungus to spread like crazy even with one pasta meal.
Candidase is really a promising product. They also sell a protease product, called Virastop, that seemed to lessen the die off even more.
I took high doses of it, and saw the quickest turnaround I've ever experimented.
