Coconut oil flush. Nothing but 2 tablespoons of coconut oil every two hours 5-6 times a day. You are supposed to do it for 3 days, but I've never made it past two. It's not hard on your stomach, but it can make you nauseous after your stomach is emptied.
Technically, the stones you get out with the so-called Liver Flush aren't stones at all. They are saponified fat - soap pellets, if you will. That's a scientifically proven fact.
Any high amount of fat will cause your gall bladder to flush, but if you have ACTUAL gallstones, that could be dangerous, because it could push them down into your bile ducts and clog them. Your liver doesn't "flush." It doesn't have that capacity, nor does it make stones.
If you do a little reading, you'll find that the Liver Flush actually does nothing for your body and can be dangerous.
