What I find amazing with yeast infections is that some folks actually improve on the very foods that can aggravate the heck out of others, although it is rare it is my experience and I've witnessed this several times over the years.
Foods which we are told to "strictly avoid" with candida such as mushrooms and moldy cheeses can actually benefit some, and it will most likely be due to the strains of yeast on these foods being beneficial. However, when we put Sugar into this equation it changes everything, look at melons, they can be a "moldy" food but are high in sucrose and fructose and can aggravate a person pretty badly.
