I wanted to post this and hear what ya'll think. This is a clip from Dr. Haskell, who is a advocate on iodine use & therapy and he also recommends companion nutrients like selenium, iron in a a deficiency state and a couple more.
Still he seems to have come to the conclusion that we shouldn't be taking more than 3mg a day (still higher than the RDA, but way lower than most of us dose)
