you need to do a couple of liver flushes, at least. a good kidney cleanse like barefoots. mj is hard on the kidneys.
some coffee enemas might not be a bad idea either. do that after the liver flushes. they should be done 2 weeks apart. do as many as it takes to get the resin out of your liver. the green floating balls are a good sign everything is flowing. do the classic Hulda Clark flush. then try a couple of coffee enemas.
the added bonus is that you learn how to do both procedures, which could save yours or someone elses life. add silver, cayenne and oregano oil and youre set to defend against almost anything biological.
if you have not done a parasite cleanse then you need to do that even before the liver flushes. you need to be at least 2 weeks in the cleanse before you liver flush.
get your body temp up with hot baths and saunas. infrared saunas and as hot a bath as you can stand. 104 would be good. lots of crap can grow in you at lower temps but get wiped out at higher than "normal" 98.6 which is why your first reaction to a virus is running a temperature. thats why infected locations feel hot. thats the body fighting the infection. help it, dont take tylenol to stop the fever. thats insane when you think about it.
i like to use Epsom Salts (sulfur and magnesium supplement), baking soda and unrefined ancient Sea Salt . you can add borax to that as well, just not as much, say a quarter of a cup to the cup or two of the others.
if you make your own silver then make a quart of really big particle silver. i have made it so that it was red in color(which is actually a deep yellow, like the yellow food coloring is). it will get yellow first. keep cooking it and cleaning off the electrodes. it goes faster and faster, the darker the color(the denser the silver in the water, thus conductivity), so you have to watch it closer and wipe them off more often.
take that thick quart of silver and pour about half in the tub with a gallon (four bottles) of hydrogen peroxide. if you have food grade, of course that will work, adjusting accordingly for strength. ooooo-la-la. liquid health.
