I have been following your plan, including the Candida Force/SF722 and Detox Essentials for 5 weeks now. So far my progress has been really good. My Digestion, symptoms, and sleep have been much better.
Before this plan I was doing the regular anti Candida Diet for 5 months (including Antifungals like Oregano oil and GSE), I didnt get much results. Infact I started with no stomach issues, I had systemic candida infection in my throat/esophagus, and lungs. After 4-5 months of Anti Candida diet , then Fungus fully infected my stomach/Upper GI, and I couldnt tolerate any amount of Fruits or Carbs without aggravation.
Im now eating carbs again...brown rice, quinoa..small portions for breakfast and lunch. I still dont eat fruits, is this going to limit the effectiveness of your plan?
My second question, when I eat more than 30grams or so of Carbs per day, I get bloating, gas, and wake up at 4-5am. I do have Bowl Movements 2-3 times a day, Will this go away soon with your plan?
