Morgellons but no skin eruptions?

Is it possible to have Morgellons but not have the skin eruptions? My 9 yr old son complained of creepy crawly sensation in his arms and legs. Over the past two months he has developed feelings of weakness, feels like he might faint, dizziness, some pain on top of head, this is really a mystery as blood tests have come back normal and doctors can't seem to find the cause.
