About the enemas: I did them every day for months, but then the fatigue got worse (as it naturally has for the past 7 years I've had AF...) and now it's a huge effort to do just one every 2-3 days.
I use a little soft-plastic container, and press on it to inject the enema. I have to fill it up about 4 times to get the whole liter in...but it's done pretty fast, so it's not a huge chore.

I had constipation tendencies. Not long ago, only went every 3 days !...but usually it's about daily, or I'll skip a day, just don't feel like going...

Don't apologize for the length, although it was an effort to read it all ;) I'm so exhaaaausted grrrrrr...

Well how are you feeling now then, 2 whole years later ?!...
Ever looked for other causes like chronic infections (parasites, candida) ??...
I'm waiting on Humaworm to arrive in a few days.
