Question on Anti Fungals...

I have been taking SF722 and Caprylic Acid for over 6 weeks now. The combo was doing quite well, feeling better,expelling alot of yeast. After 4-5 weeks my symptoms have somewhat reversed, and I dont see much dead yeast in my BMs. Not sure if this is due to resistance.


I was going to add GSE to the Mix and Also Garlic Extract. Question on Caprylic Acid Capsules, I have heard not to take them for over 3 weeks, supposedly after 3 weeks its toxic to your kidneys? Also for GSE, some post only take it for 3-4 weeks, since it will wipe out all your Good Flora? The problem is you need to take for several months to erradicate a good infection like I have, not weeks.
