I have noticed recently that I feel much better and more stable during the weekdays. I tend to feel more tired, both physically and emotionally on the weekends. I am trying to figure out what the connection is. Through the week I follow a pretty regular routine from day to day. On the weekends I stay up a little later (not much), sleep in a little later, eat at slightly diffent times and don't lie down as much. I might also be drinking less water.
Has anyone else found that routine makes a difference in how you are feeling?
