I have enquired and the local private hospital does have an infectious disease doctor.Before I make an appointment I wonder if you would be so kind as to answer a few questions for me?Do you think this initial consultation will be similar to my previous GP appointments,in that I will be struggling to convince him/her that I have parasites?If I can't does this mean I will not be put on their list and not accepted as a patient?I also think it would maybe not be a good idea to mention the internet,as soon as you do you get that "look",the one that makes you think,"I'm on to a loser here".I would however tell them everything else of course from previous tests to the antihelmintics I am taking.
