Yeah it's crazy I know but this is it!
My GP likes very much the "all in your head and everything is stress" approach. His help is mainly giving me referrals when I ask for - not so easily by the way...but I've had to continue my search...
In my previous message I put "Classical stool tests like NHS" I did also NHS like 2 years ago but also similar to NHS that is national health system in my country.

As wrote before please check for Parascope lab in UK or the infectious disease hospital in London. I got some (some) good feedbacks regarding parasites tests. I'm not UK based but went there hoping to find some help.

Metametrix in US (but also other PRIVATE labs) can help someone with similar condition to better diagnose the problem parasites bacteria yeast. Please check their website for G1 Profile. They use a DNA detection not a classical one.
But maybe you'll be lucky with parascope lab is linked with a university or something don't remember where but Leeds come to my mind I don't know why. Tweet
