LilacRose- Just to give you another perspective ARL doesn't add on these other optional supplements. I was working directly with the lab for the first 11 months of NB and never took any of these extra supps. They aren't necessary for healing. Just wanted to add this so you don't feel pressured into taking them if you don't want to. :) Tweet
