I believe you get the picture from guys answers - it depends where you are with AF. Your body and recovery time will tell you if the specific exercise is good for you or not in the AF stage you are in.
Still I would try Sherpas way as beeing the most gentle one until you get stronger to experience more intense form of exercise.
At my lowest point I was not able (perceive as an EFFORT) to even lying in bed...I could barely walk till bathroom. Now I can walk 3-4 hours per day but no intense effort for me like cycling or lift more than 4-5 kg when shopping.
My standard is this - if I can't recover in 15-20' then it's too much for me. Walking 30' is not even make me tired now so it's ok but lifting 6 litres of bottled water is exhausting me...
