Re: My progress after starting to treat infections

I have been making a couple of different batches and rotating them. I take a tablspn(measuring size) mixed in water before bed each night.

Batch 1- Equal parts
Sweet Annie
Blackwalnut powder
cloves ground
Fennel
Ginger
Turmeric
Eleuthero- for lyme
Japanese Knotweed- for lyme

Batch 2-
Cat's Claw
Pau darco
Olive leaf Powder
Fennel
Ginger
Turmeric
Eleuthero- for lyme
Japanese Knotweed- for lyme

When I was very constipated I would add 3 parts cascara sagrada or 2 parts CS and 1 part senna.
