Exercising was maybe taxing my adrenals. I know at times I was doing too much. I slowed down but then had to stop when I started detoxing. Detoxing was even more stressful for my adrenals than working out, but I had to do it. After over a year and a half of not working out at all I can see that it too has done some damage. I have lost muscle and my circulation and lymph is suffering as well. Yoga would probably be the best bet.
