I eat out a lot, order food but mainly Thai, Chineese and Mexican. I still eat junk food every now and then if you define "junk food" as burgers, french fries, fried chicken, etc. Anyway, my thyroid tests and exam came back normal.
I have calculated my daily intake using Android apps, it appears that I probably under eat but the argument would be "why do I gain weight, not lose if in caloric deficit?".
