Re: What could possibily cause all those symptoms?

As I suspected, the cause of your symptoms is an under-eating problem. The average BMR for a fit woman is about 1,300 calories. BMR is how many calories a person needs to sustain their health if they are lying in bed all day doing nothing. Under that amount is basically anorexia. You are trying to be active on calories levels of a 2-3 yr old infant needs to be active, so no wonder you started falling apart.

Child 2-3 Active 1,000 - 1,400 calories
Female 19-30 Active 2,400 calories

Atkins is the first low-carb diet I started doing that landed me sick here and the time I got sick, I was real busy and didn't have enough time to eat, so I wasn't eating good and wasn't eating enough, but when I was told to eat more on the low-carb diet, I just got worse and worse! I only started feeling better switching to a plant-based high-carb/low-fat diet with sufficient calories to be active.

I and a lot of others on here also felt drowsy and sleeping trying to eat more carbs on a low-carb/high-fat diet. I believe that's because as I mentioned earlier, too much fat blocks glucose absorption into the cells which causes the glucose (sugar) to remain in the bloodstream and the body keeps trying to produce more and more insulin to get all Sugar out of the bloodstream.

I recommend you give the diet and calorie advice I gave you a try. At least 2,500 calories for a woman to be active. Check out Freelee on youtube. She eats between 3,000-4,000 calories per day on a high-fruit/high-carb/low-fat diet and you'll see how lean, healthy, and bubbly she has become. She used to be anorexic and bulimic yet still chubby until she found the secret to getting and staying lean and healthy is high-calories on the right diet.

I believe under-eating is the biggest problem at this forum.
