It depends exactly where you are, but in general we're told the best is walking and yoga. Not necessarily hot yoga as that's pretty demanding (and stressful if you have breathing related issues).
Walking burns off excess cortisol nicely - and often it's recommended an hour or so of nature hiking. If you're up for that time that is! Again start small, work up.
If you have blood Sugar issues, and it's related to insulin resistance then you want to break a sweat most days. Not for long, that's not the point, but break a sweat with weights or sprint or something like that.
As time goes on weights may be your friend as resistance training helps balance essentially every hormone system.
