Also, do you notice your symptoms (brain fog, etc) right away usually? Or does it take awhile?
I had some brain fog today and it took me awhile to realize what was even happening to me. I just kept thinking "I need coffee and a cookie!" and by dinner I was feeling really rough. After dinner (grilled chicken and zucchini), I felt exponentially better, but I wasn't sure if it was just because I had food in my belly or what. I'm a little afraid to give my feelings too much importance... afraid I am wrong or don't understand what is going on.
Although I was happy to finally notice the die-off. I was beginning to worry it wasn't working at all.
