Re: What could possibily cause all those symptoms?

If you eat mostly cooked high-carb/low-fat, then it's a lot cheaper since starches like rice, wheat, and potatoes are dirt cheap (no pun intended). If you eat more of the raw version, you'll be eating more fruits and the price can go way up depending what kind of fruits and if you buy organic.

For a daily meal plan, you need to be thinking 2500 calories and up for an active woman. Women who are really succeeding on High-carb/low-fat are finding 3000~4000 calories per day is optimum for women. You can't eat too much on this diet and that is the beauty of it because it's the way humans were meant to eat according to the diet promoters and no species on earth, including humans, were meant to calorie-restrict or starve themselves!

I'm on the Raw Till 4 program, so this is what I eat in a typical day for a guy:

BREAKFAST
32 oz fresh pressed orange juice (445 calories)
1/2 large papaya (167 cal)
1 litre Blueberry/Banana smoothie (715 cal)

LUNCH
6 bananas (630 cal)
4 nectarines (250 cal)
4 plums (120 cal)

DINNER
4 cups rice cooked (967 cal)
2 cups kale chopped/steamed (72 cal)
1 bell pepper chopped/steamed (50 cal)
1/2 onion chopped/steamed (28 cal)
2 garlic cloves chopped/steamed (9 cal)
1 avocado diced/raw (227 cal)
2 lemon squeezed (salt substitute) (13 cal)

Total Calories for day: about 3,700

This well exceeds all my amino acid requirements for those wondering where I get my protein.
