If your bile duct into the intestine is not blocked and you do not have a buildup of sludge in the gallbladder then whatever is in the bladder will be expelled when you eat into the liquified food coming out of the stomach. This occurs naturally and is the way small stones and other things in the bladder are cleared out. A lived flush intensifies this process. In most Liver-Flush procedures have a person do a month to six weeks of a parasite cleanse before doing a LF. With a heavy infestation of parasites it will probably take longer to kill them off so a person can do the Liver-Flush before all the intestinal parasites are gone.

The globs could have been mucus or, since you have been eating unusually large amounts of oils - globs of oil. The orange tubes might be undigested food.
