Interesting info

I have just been doing some research......I know too much google is a bad thing but I though I would post the link as I thought it may give some answers to why it takes people a while to recover even once their hormone levels come back normal.

This search came from a discussion with my Gyno who told me that the mirena does suppress your normal hormone production. Now I know this link is more about menopause and hormone replacement but I figure the info is still relevant whether your hormone levels drop naturally or though a drug like the mirena.

It discusses the effect on estrogen receptor suppression by progesterone and mood which many of us can relate to. I just thought it might give some hope for recovery to those who still suffer after removal with mood issues.

Take care.
