Re: Softer Skin....Sweating Again

Well...here it is in a nut shell.

Do you guys remember the great success that Laredo had a couple of years ago focusing on copper detox a couple of years ago?

That is actually when all the nutritional balancing craze around here started.  Ironically, Laredo thought NB was too slow.  She went faster with the Cutler Protocol.

So like many of us,  I read the book she recommended, Ann-Louise Giddlemans “Why am I always so tired”, started taking zinc...avoiding copper foods such as avocados, mushrooms, etc.

Well I thought I was going to die...the detox was intense.  Still on my own at this point.

I was actually pretty concerned at this point.  Bowel movements were white. Body temperature super low (due to high copper)

I worked with Ann-Louise Giddleman for about 8 months.  Still could not tolerate any zinc at this point since the copper detox symptoms were too much.   The consult costs are also expensive with Ann-Louise, and I felt completely on my own in between consults.

I switched to an ARL practitioner (Pam Killeen).   It is great to have someone to ask questions.

Immediately started doing coffee enemas....Pam insists on them.  I didn’t tolerate them well at first, so I had to use a low dose.

But a few days after starting the coffee enemas, I was able to handle zinc.  The CE’s seemed to be helping clear the “log jam” of toxins

It has been slow steady progress of symptoms going away.

I am still dumping a lot of copper, and now aluminum is starting to climb.  See latest test

Meditation is also essential.

Meditation turns off stress related genes.....epigenetics is all the rage now.

Meditators also have lower cortisol levels when exposed to stress

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17940025

There are a ton of other studies showing how meditation reduces anger, startle response, etc.

The pre-frontal cortex is actually larger on long-term meditators.
