Yeah, here are a few things:

1) Don't curve or arch your back

2) Don't lean on anything with your back

3) Don't sleep on your back

4) Don't stretch your back (as if doing pull-ups)

5) Do not get them wet (already covered but I had to reiterate that again)

6) Don't scratch them because they will itch!

I hope you also had them place "bakery" patches on in order to rule out any contact dermatitis with possible food allergies .

Hope everything turns out well. My patch test revealed nothing relevant to my EC. All it revealed was that I am allergic to thimerosal which is a mercury based substance found in teeth filling and such.
