New EC sufferer here

Anyways I'll introduce myself. I've been suffering from EC for the past 3 years. The way I got it, if I recall, was food allergies maybe. The only time I remember my lips having difficulties were back in 2009. I remember whenever I ate, my lips became itchy and I would scratch them or they would be burning. Also in 2010 I remember I picked at my lips a little bit. However, this year I noticed skin building up on my lips. This year I started noticing my lips would build up a lot of dead skin, then when I took it off it would hurt and would burn. Especially the middle of my top lip where many people mention the "triangular" effected area. Anyways, this condition sucks because when I smile it hurts, when I laugh it hurts, and in general its uncomfortable. If I peel it early my lips look messed up, if I leave it alone then peel my lips look "normal" well, my lips after taking off the dead skin reveal shiny red effected areas. The middle of my top look looks uneven and has fordyce spots on it. If anyone can help me out that'd be nice haha, right now I'm just trying out a couple of things. I did the candida overgrowth spit test and it tested positive, but I don't even know if thats whats causing my EC. I could maybe even have Celiacs too since I have some of the symptoms.
