This was all fascinating. And completely new to me.
Itís now July 2013 and I wonder if you have continued to take these 2 amino acids until the present?
Have you maintained the 3g dose of each?
Have you tried varying the dose of either amino acid?
Do you get the same of similar result if you took just (say) 1g of each Ė- or maybe 3g of Lysine and 1g of arginine?
Do you take anything else apart from these amino acids?
