Activated Charcoal

Hi all,

I've finally arrived at the day of my mercury removal (first of two, next and final visit is in 6 days).

My question is with regard to how I should be taking activated charcoal. I had taken two last night and two this morning (about 30 minutes before going to the dentist). I have been instructed to take it for the next few days as well after the amalgam removal but since this is happening again the following Friday, this means I will be taking the activated charcoal for close to two weeks straight. Is it okay to take it for this long?

What should my dosage be? (currently taking two capsules at a time of 280mg dosage).
