Nope. Read my entire history......not snippets. I may have dabbled in the Clarkia type herbs, and also reported they are crap. Maybe back in the day they worked....not with today's monsters.

I had them in my head and sinuses.....caused me a pituitary gland/adrenal gland issue and a cortisol spike that lasted for 18 mos. Garlic and essential oils cured it. I'm great now.
