The calcium going up could mean you are starting to dump stored bio-unavailable calcium.

Nice little increase in the aluminum as well. The should indicate that you now have the energy to start moving metals out.

Keep getting lots of rest. Don't use your extra energy for anything else. Keep it so your body can keep pushing out metals. Tweet
