Your advice has helped greatly me get further along with my Candida overgrowth.
I have another question..
Im am currently on very low carb diet, (No fruits/sugars) I eat 20-40grams of carbs a day, sometimes less. I get my calories from Veggies, Fatty acids, lots of meats.
I noticed the Candida is weaker and Anti fungals seems to be more effective with the low carb intake. Seeing progress slowly.
The only set back Is anytime I get mildly angry, nervous, excited, even happy...I get a spike in my Blood sugar levels,and the Candida gets fed and my symptoms return. Im taking L-theanine and 5HTP to try to calm my nerves at work, but not working. I also exercise often since I heard that will help.
