I think the ocean and the beach are the most natural healing places, next to forests and mountains. I indeed also believe the ocean has great healing properties.
You obviously need to be careful in the daytime as of the heat and sun exposure, but there is nothing more relaxing thn walking on the beach with your feet in the water as the sun goes down. You can practice yoga on the beach, and do some meditation with the sounds of the waves.
Getting there is going to be tough, I understand completely, but if you could, and who you are with understand that you will be inside and resting through the day a lot, I think it would be highly beneficial. If someone would take me to the carribean, id do anything to get there!
