That is not to say I don't believe in exercise. I have dealt with a LOT of people in wheelchairs in the last few years who have used a lack of exercise as their excuse for not feeling good. I have helped a few with my knowledge from here and some of them even appreciated it! lol
As far as exercise goes, I could use a good swift kick in the pants myself!
