In one of the older fasting books there is a chart of some guy who started at 180 and stayed at 145 for like 6 days in a row even though he ate nothing. So this happens -- but it happened to him at a lower weight. Maybe you're just ripped? LOL - they write that the poorer the quality of the tissue you start with, the bigger the weight loss. Also, you pre-fasted, might have slowed your metabolism?
