My diet after I left the paleo diet
is rice,braised and stewed fruit, raisins, dates, figs, a little oats,creamy yogurt,butter,fish oil
together 5,000 kcal

Adding to this the gelatin and some meat and cheese, but only slightly.
On this diet I feel no adrenal fatigue.
I'll see what it will do for a long time.
