21 days is good. I'm aiming for 40, but honestly, I'd be thrilled if I could even just make it to 21!
Let's help each other out. After messing up yesterday, I've started again today. Its day 1 and I'm drinking a LOT of water to keep my cravings at bay. I've also decided that I'm going to go hiking today because exercise helps keep me motivated and keeps me distracted and not thinking of food. I know that exercise is not recommended on a water fast, but I've exercised on past Water Fasts and just supplemented with electrolyte water (I buy it at trader joe's or whole foods and it has magnesium, potassium, and calcium) and I usually add salt to it too to make sure I'm not losing too many electrolytes while sweating.
