I eat a ton of nuts & some tropical fruit throughout the day.after exercise I drink whey protein shakes. Now is mango season in Florida and I get tons of calories from that. My biggest challenge is adding bulk without carbs. Pre AFS I ate mostly rice...huge scoops.now only 1/2 cup at some meals. Organic meat and veggies are expensive! But I will try to go for a little more. Thanks guys!
