So last year I would fast several days, eat, fast several days, eat, this went on for months and I did lose weight. But when I stopped all the fasting I noticed my metabolism was screwed up. I gained some weight back and am stuck at this one weight, and no matter what diet plan I follow, no matter how strict, my weight won't budge down., It's like I'm stuck at this one weight no matter what I do.
So I'm not looking to fast again. I am trying to figure out how to get my metabolism working normal, or speed it up.
Diet plan is to eat 1500 calories low fat vegan, 3 meals fruit as snacks. Then since I never exercise start walk/jog around the park 6 days a week for an hour at least, build up to just jogging eventually.
What else could I be doing to rebuild my metabolism?
Anyone experience this??
