Hello Chrisb1. You may be right about blood pH staying in a normal range even if the urine pH is negative. My Comp Met test did not report the actual blood pH level. It stands to reason that blood equilibrium would be maintained; after all, that is why all the calcium is there, to neutralize the acidity of the flood of ketone bodies. An equilibrium blood state would cancel a leaching effect except for the small amount of calcium normally excreted by the kidneys on a daily basis. My PN has never been diagnosed. One possible cause could be heavy metal poisoning because of my living homeless in the Arizona desert for nine seasons and drinking untreated well water, but the test for arsenic, lead and mercury is expensive ($330). Over five years I have just gotten used to a stable but bearable level. Garlic is reported to counter arsenic poisoning, if present; I like to eat a lot of garlic for it. I think I can improve on my already-vegan diet with more emphasis on greens than starches or grains before going to the expense of a superfood, but I will keep your reference in mind. Thank you. Thanks for sharing what you are doing for this condition. I don't seem to be able to receive private messages any more; maybe because I left the Facebook fasting groups now that my fast is done. I do check this curezone forum from time to time.
