That's interesting b/c I realized I just cut a lot of fat from my diet - I used to put butter on things (grass-fed) and olive oil, and now I do much less of that and eat much less animal protein - I even stopped eating the avocados I was having with my sardines in the afternoon.
I did start eating peanuts, though (and they help me feel satisfied) and this organic turkey jerkey stuff from Whole Foods.
