DBLC- I am not really sure what that means. I do know that the tests have to be read in a certain way. If I were you I would call the lab and ask them what it means. You might also want to contact a LLD in your area and ask them. Lyme isn't something to take lightly. My situation was different as it was chronic by the time I started treating it.

Do lots of research and join a lyme forum. There are so many ways to treat it but then there are all of the co-infections which gets tricky.
