ok, yes; insomnia is also within the hypo T picture, that may have become worse after you quit iodine. Or that it triggered your adrenal fatigue. I had both. Much helped with salt, and Iodine etc.
Also magnesium helps alot for insomnia, but need to be in the right form.
But even if you have all co supplements, know that Iodine may cause some detox for a while. Fluoride, bromide etc.
