I started oil pullin a week ago...My gums stopped bleeding

I just wanted to let people know that I had bleeding gums when I flossed and I have tried many things to try to lessen the bleeding. I am pretty amazed that since I started oil pulling (with sunflower oil/coconut oil for 20 minutes) twice a day, my gums stopped bleeding. It really works!! Hopefully, I will experience some of the other benefits as well. I hope it clears up my acne!!! Tweet
